Bradford's manager has turned down chance to go for the Blackppol job. Hard for him to leave Bradford at this time.
I don't begrudge him leaving Portsmouth (although the manner he did it was totally wrong) but leaving so soon after Blackburn shows a complete lack of loyalty to the club who gave him an opportunity after the drama of Portsmouth.
Clearly he's not a Hufflepuff, actually I'd see him more of a Slytherin.
