Match Preview;
After our draw with Millwall, we now sit 14th, with 1 win, 4 draws and 1 loss so far this season. We haven't lost since the opening day defeat to West Brom, which is encouraging, but we need to start turning some draws into wins if this is going to be a stress free season. I think my hope that we'll achieve anything more than mid-table is already beginning to fade for me, so I'll be happy when we start picking up the odd win.
As for our hosts, they've won 3 and drawn 3, including a good point away at Burnley. They signed Yuki Ohashi from the Japanese Super League, in July, and he's come in and scored 4 in 5 appearances so far, so certainly one to watch out for. Their manager is former R's caretaker manager, John Eustace, so he'll be a familiar face, although there won't be too many of our players who've been around since 2019.
