Have to agree Sheff - I've done a lot of work in the last year in and around Blackburn/Burnley and it's a dump. Don't think I've been anywhere else in the UK that has such a pervading atmosphere of gloom - it truly is the ****ehole of Britain.

I have been there on a number of occasions and f*ck me the place is grim.
