Mime is just my opinion it carries an equal weight nothing more nothing less

I think it’s currently wrong to attack the club when most historically wanted QPR people at the club and players that care and want to play for the club. I think it’s wrong to default moan without showing any patience.

I understand QPR fans are generally not happy today ... my point what makes us happy?

To be honest I enjoy a challenging voice. But I have always believed that while your opinion is your own, and it is interesting/good to share our opinions; you should respect others opinions (not decry them as fools or other name-calling). Football is a passionate world for us fans. We all want success for QPR at every level. Many make constructive comments and views on how we could get there (sorry Ted, yours are off the scale :emoticon-0136-giggl ) and should be listened to and debated - which is just what this forum is for.

What would make me happy?
A well constructed club that moves forward every season - visible progress: on the pitch, off the pitch (management set-up), in the league, in the cup, in development of youth and established players, develop a strong team culture (in the team and between team, management and fans).
Building a strong youth set-up that sees us develop (and keep?!?) players moving into the first team.
A new stadium? If we can do it great, we have needed one for a long time. If we can do it and have no debt, leaving the directors with happily filled pockets - so be it (I’m not bothered they have more than me - my needs are simple enough).

I completely understand that is a tough challenge - but it would make me happy.

This is just so right, brilliant SW Ranger.
I know many don't see it, but I can even see small steps forward this season.

Our youth and u23 are doing much better than they were 2 seasons ago. A few of them have made the first team but as yet no-one has forced their way into a starting line-up, that is true.
The first team is nearly running inside FFP
The first team is playing for the club/the badge/each other/Ollie; whatever their motivation, they are playing as though the team performance actually matters to them ( I have spent at least 5 years wanting a team that cared as much as I do).
There is a visible plan of getting rid of the high earners and bringing players to develop and possibly sell.
The community view of the club is rocketing, and we are getting our self-esteem back from other fans.
The training ground appears to be slowly making progress.
Even the stadium(which seems to be as far away as ever) actually seems to being approached in a slightly more sane manner.

We will not be fighting for promotion this year or next....but if we can stabilise our club, form a more solid platform...we could go onto replicate Lee Hoos old club Burnley....that'll do me and I will be patient

When ours were little My wife used to do the sleeps until Xmas thing with the kids but add one on so they didn't realise it was Xmas eve! Then surprise them in morning going Santa has been!!!, it worked for a couple of yrs before they wised up to it!!

Quite right Beth, and all of these improvements are due to Fernandes finally seeing through the likes of Hughes and Redknapp and appointing Ferdinand and Hoos to implement a new philosophy. Holloway, for all his tactical deficiencies, is an integral part of this new club mission. Of course relegation would be a major setback, but I believe in this squad sufficiently to be confident that that will not happen. The club is at last going in the right direction.

It’s a sad fact that football is just a business. We are all passionate and one year in 20 there will be a Leicester but for the rest of the time, it’s who has the deepest pockets goes the furthest.

We do t have deep pockets of course.

We will end up with awful national leagues with one or two premium teams, PSG, Barca, Man City and an ever more Scottish/Spanish league feel. The joke of Celtic and waste of time that Scottish football has been for years will be replicated. The only true top competition will be the Champions League.

All a bit bleak for little ole QPR.

I’ll still go of course.
