Some awful defensive mistakes - de Wijs x2 almost worse even than Elphick’s which was appalling. But this is an exciting side if the Allams allow Grosicki and Bowen to stay in January (I don’t believe the sale bollocks). Haven’t seen as exciting attacking performance since the Whitehurst or Waggie eras. And I was moaning about Batty being taken off but Adkins tactics justified (as long as the two star players really were knackered or injured).

Personally I thought at 3-2 we could have gone on to score another. Brum were all over the place everytime we got forward, then Adkins brings his forwards off. Understandable if one was through injury but I thought it just invited them on. They were beaten at 3-2.

Grosicki has often had fitness issues, at least he finally managed to get a decent free kick shot.
I was actually looking at a google update on the score at the end and they said we were winning with nine minutes injury time, so it never updated at all. I should have guessed they had equalised, the defence has been so decimated by the owners.
I wonder if a ratings system for all players and the manager is better, because some players just escape being singled out for awful displays. Doubt we'll hear an apology from them for the awful assists for their first two goals, worthy of clowns.

Was it Chazz saying Lichaj's his new favourite player? He's looked classy as **** last couple of games. I was never keen on him playing on the left, but I guess modern wingers are more likely to come inside (onto his right foot) plus he's not exactly a full back who overlaps and gets crosses in, so maybe suits him.
