I think you need to watch it again, it comes off the underside of his thigh and bounces up into the arm he's using for balance.

I know it took a deflection off another part of his body, but his arm shouldn't have been there.
It's a handball, in my opinion.

The commentators saw it as no pen, and you've contradicted yourself PNP, in comment 1666 you say Jones put his arm down as he couldn't get anything else in the way, you then say you know it flew up off another part of his body, so clearly he did get something in the way. Of course he's had to put his arm down, to stop himself falling flat on his face in the mud, and rolling around like a beached haddock. Would have been harsh imo....is your name Foy too?

I hit his leg and would've carried on into the box, so it clearly wasn't in the way.
It didn't stop the ball.

The only reason that he was in danger of falling over was because of his unnatural body shape.
If he was trying to stick a leg out to block it, then his body would've been tilted backwards, not forwards.
