Lucky you,Totts! I would have needed a lot of money to get there.....which I ain't got.
I do remember going by train to Blackpool in the sixties and I got off with the Spurs team.I remember standing next to Jim as looked around saying "where's the Spurs fans?" I should have said "I'm here Jim!" but I didn't.I regret that!!!!!!

In those days, I'm surprised he didn't say "where's the nearest pub ".

Surprised you don't go with Andre.

In all seriousness, your secret's safe with me, Mr. Pulis.

Anyone know who's got the under 21s Euros this summer? Reckon we'll see Sky putting up more of a fight for the under 21s rights in the future, surprised they didn't already have the friendlies locked up. Hopefully the BBC will go for it though, Sky Sports get so tiresome and BT are still finding their feet in terms of trying to get the coverage right. Bringing Andy Gray back just shows how confused they are, they were supposed to be forward thinking with their new pundits and commentators.

I'm obviously not in tune with most fans as I find Gary Neville annoying as a commentator. In the studio I prefer listening to his views but during the game his voice irritates me, although I got rid of SKY and just watch the games on BT sport as I wouldn't dare use these streaming websites......

It was the opposite with Andy Gray, in the studio he was really annoying but during the match he is a pretty decent commentator as he is great when say there's a dramatic game like the 4-3 at Liverpool when Keegan was manage!....Everton I recall offered him a million pound to be their manager.

http://www.live-footballontv.com/uefa-under-21-championship-on-tv.html - Says no TV coverage confirmed yet but hopefully it is the beeb or BT.

Yeah, I quite like Gary Neville when he's not commentating on United, I get what you're saying about his voice though, he definitely puts on a bit of a "commentators voice" which is annoying. I never really noticed it until Phil Neville started doing his awful parody for the BBC. I'm not much of a fan of Quinn but he and Smith at least use their normal voices and don't try and sound strained all the time. A lot of people in the game seem to have time for Souness but I can't stand him as a pundit, he's easily the most annoying and biased for me.

Andy Gray got a bit gimmicky by the end, it was all about him trying to work in his little catchphrases like "tek a boo, son" when he was on the analysis. I think it's time we moved on from all that, with Henry and Gary Neville you get insight into the modern game rather than having dinosaurs like Hansen and Carragher just moaning about defenders not playing like they used to.

For all my complaints I do think all 3 have chosen really good presenters with Lineaker, Shepherd and Humphries and there are some good modern era footballers that can talk about the current game, rather than how to defend 30 years ago.

    haha Brillant!

Granted, he did like his catchphrases but at least he could say unbelievable.

In other news, the purse snatchers guild has come out against the use of "intrusive" surveillance cameras in public places.

PFA PoY awards time almost upon us

Kane nailed on for Young Player.

Perhaps he could win both as he's peaked at the right time.

Personally, I can't see past de Gea. Utd have conceded 27 goals in 30 PL games including 5 at Leicester. Given the defence in front of him, that miracle is all down to de Gea.

My first thought was De Gea. He’s been a lot closer to a one man gang than any other player on a top four team, while playing for the weakest of them. So he’s the most influential player this year.

The article has a stat that’s bizarre for two different reasons: Spurs are first and second in the league for most points won by a single player: Kane with 22 and Eriksen with 13. Kane has won 2x as many points as anyone but Eriksen.

Looking at it on that basis, Lloris deserves an honorary knighthood and a Victoria Cross for exceptional bravery under fire!...

    8 minute hat-trick from Ronaldo.

And he's out of form too, apparently <yikes>

The previous two episodes in the series deal with mental health in the American justice system.
His style really disarms people and they're worth catching. Shame he wasn't given enough freedom to do it over here.

He acts innocent, clueless at times but he's superb at how he delivers questions that other interviewers wouldn't ask.

I was thinking the same, shame he doesn't have the freedom to deliver his shows here, although the Americans are perfect for his style.

People are wise to him here - and will probably spend the entire show asking him questions about Jimmy Savile.
