Bromley went 2-1 up ten minutes into the second half and Sutton's equaliser came with only ten minutes left.
Two goals in injury time won it and put a cherry on top. Dramatic! <laugh>

I'm told it was a good game to watch,both teams playing attacking football,it was only their 2nd defeat at home this season,Sutton are unbeaten in 2014 now,and running into form just about the right time
 
Sutton United 116 years old today!,we celebrated last night,shut their fans up who were chanting can we play you every week,when they were 2-1 up
 
There are a few reports floating around that Ian Broomfield has returned to WHL. Bit of an odd one if it's true, as he quit QPR to join Arsenal recently, so that must've fallen through.
Not sure if this is something that would clash with Baldini's role, but I don't think we actually replaced him after he left anyway, so it's probably necessary.
 
I sometimes wonder if Bill Nicholson is up there crying to see what they've done to our club and teams these last 30 years!

Well as he was alive for 13 of the most recent 23 seasons, he would have been down here.
I suspect since 2010 he would be burning white hot with rage over the attitudes of certain players,
and what Spurs managers have been achieving with the squads they have had.
 
Good win for Sutton on Saturday,2-1 after playing for well over an hour with ten men after our captain and c/h got a straight red card, both teams above us lost and Bromley are doing an "Arsenal",20 points ahead at Christmas, it is now down to 7

Did he actually dive though, i think its a tad harsh its been labelled as a dive. I think he hung his leg expecting contact but then actually got contact with the ground which meant he went over anyway as is likely to happen travelling at that speed.
Surely if he went over to the ref and said "i dived" the ref should book him?

I think it should be reported as "Hunt admits to not being fouled" rather than "Hunt admits to diving"

How do you not see that as a dive though? If a player did that with another player off the ball you'd say it was a ridiculous dive, even if they made contact with the defender, surely? I don't understand how initiating the contact with a player can be seen as anything other than a dive, let alone seeing it as a foul. If a player is about to foul you I can understand not choosing to get out of the way but it's totally different when it's the "fouled" player making the effort to create contact by sticking out a leg.

I find it so depressing when we hear pundits excusing players doing this, or going down under the most fractional contact. Part of what was great about English football was the physical nature of it but that's going to fast disappear as every player starts to take any opportunity to go down and claim a foul rather than actually trying to play football. We'd find it ridiculous if at every corner and freekick every attacking player went down under a bit of pressure from the defender but that's what many attackers are doing now during the game and we're content to call it clever rather than cheating.
