Marcelo Bielsa is reportedly set to resign as Leeds manager in a shock announcement later this evening.

Sources close to the club claim that the Argentine tactician will reveal his decision at a hastily arranged press conference at 18:00 CET on Wednesday, where he will confirm his decision to step down.

Information given to Onefootball has indicated that the 63-year-old will walk away from the Elland Road club, despite them sitting at the top of the Championship.

It’s believed that Bielsa’s decision to resign is in part down to the reaction to the ‘Spygate’ scandal which saw a club employee questioned by Football League authorities for ‘spying’ on a Derby training session last week.

Cock chops doesn’t think so...

Still upset over Grosicki showing him up for the average as **** player he is.

To be fair, it's as likely to just be a conference explaining the whole spying bollocks as it is to be a resignation.

I just heard this from 2 business owners in Leeds. One has multiple players as clients... Really surprised to see a thread as I thought it was all crap.. One specifically said an announcement at 5pm.

Haha don’t get excited he’s going nowhere...

A coach calling a press conference to announce his own resignation? That sounds plausible doesn’t it. :emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0140-rofl:

I really can't see there's any advantage from watching training sessions.
I guess knowledge about formation and personnel. Maybe information about corners etc.

I assumed all clubs do this anyway? Aren't most training sessions open to the public or have I made that up?

It’s all mountain out of a mole hill and all because golden boy Frank Lampard is a **** coach and called the police. When a team is training and there is a group watching (usually fans) how do you know who is there and who isn’t.

Personally I can’t see why you’d bother watching a training session, just watch footage of the team you're playing 2-3 previous league games and you’ll get a far better idea of strength and weaknesses.
