I was looking for a way to say the same. Plus they were with him from the beginning. Give it a week or so and they will start to adapt. These guys have been playing since they were kids.
Those who have a career in front of them will go those who are in the twilight of their career’s will stay
So what are we left with?

The newer signings were internationals who possibly thought they didn't have much to learn. Bielsa would probably have done better with lower-level players he knew or thought he could improve. Unfortunately, and seemingly at the behest of Bielsa, we spent a fortune on the internationals. We'll never know the full story. Still very sad to lose MB though.
Koch expressed his thanks for the chance to learn.

Loyalty and respect are strange qualities, they aren't easy to transfer. Marcelo was, by all accounts, a person that the players respected and admired, almost like a member of their own family. Lets hope that we get a similar person and one that doesn't resemble Heckingbottom who was Marcelo's immediate predecessor. Just think about that for a moment, Heckingbottom to EPL and a wonderful period for Leeds, let's hope we are able to move forward.

Some of the players are not fit to wear the shirt. That man dedicated his life to this club at the expense of his family. They've sold him down the river.
<applause> Totally agree, i am feeling guilty as hell in thinking at times wish we had a coach that wasn't so one dimensional, i type this with tears in my eyes, feeling as i have also played my part in this because of that old saying ( be careful for what you wish for) i now have a feeling we have lost more than a great coach, but a part of Leeds Utd) itself, and can i just say Marcello whatever you do, i wish you and your family all the best.
And most of all, Everyone of us fans will have a special place in our hearts for you.<hug>

Sorry mate but the mould has been broken

Don't shatter my illusions and let me live in hope until at least the new coach is named?

Was told Friday, the decision to sack him was made by the 49ers on Friday, regardless of yesterday's score, Radz and Co tried to fight his corner but to no avail. The players know already who the new guy is and that the 49ers have bought in the man they were bringing in next season a little early

You know there are times in the history of Leeds when they have done things and you get this feeling that they have made the wrong move, Clough, Selling Cantona, spending money they hadn't got etc and today sacking Bielsa seems like one of those decisions.

Said it earlier, my main concern now is, they're replacing him with an inferior product.

Not the way it should have ended. I would have preferred to have seen him leave at the end of the season come what may.

Any way definitely worth another vieiwing of this - Bucket Man:
