Loyalty and respect are strange qualities, they aren't easy to transfer. Marcelo was, by all accounts, a person that the players respected and admired, almost like a member of their own family. Lets hope that we get a similar person and one that doesn't resemble Heckingbottom who was Marcelo's immediate predecessor. Just think about that for a moment, Heckingbottom to EPL and a wonderful period for Leeds, let's hope we are able to move forward.
Totally agree, i am feeling guilty as hell in thinking at times wish we had a coach that wasn't so one dimensional, i type this with tears in my eyes, feeling as i have also played my part in this because of that old saying ( be careful for what you wish for) i now have a feeling we have lost more than a great coach, but a part of Leeds Utd) itself, and can i just say Marcello whatever you do, i wish you and your family all the best. You know there are times in the history of Leeds when they have done things and you get this feeling that they have made the wrong move, Clough, Selling Cantona, spending money they hadn't got etc and today sacking Bielsa seems like one of those decisions.
