You didn't honour the terms of the bet (which you assured everybody you would) therefore you welched on the bet.
Not sure why you're still trying to deny it to be honest.

Ok me and you for this season -
If Arsenal finish above Spurs in the PL then you will change your avatar to one of my choice.
If Spurs finish above Arsenal in the PL then I will change my avatar to one you choose.
The loser of the bet will change their avatar for the first month of the next season.
As men of honour we will both agree to the rules, without trying to find a way out or legal loophole, and we won't cry foul nor bleat. We shall not welch.
Spurlock hasn't accepted yet, probably needs a lawyer to help with the legal jargon - anyone know a decent lawyer

The only clubs at similar level to us who have people post on here are Hammers and Leicester and I don't think we'll finish above either.

If we buy the goalscoring midfielder we've needed for about 3 seasons and sort out the Virgil situation then I'll be confident of 8th mate.
New owner now. Cautiously interested to see how that that changes things in a year or so.
