One of the most annoying things ever done in a game, making one character slightly shorter than the others so you have to aim down to hit him.

Then again there's the monkey in Timesplitters as well.

And odd job with the annoying one hit kill hat.

Don't know much about videogames. I was going to say that, as a child, a long time ago, I used to like the torpedo game on South Parade pier, but I didn't want to upset Channonfodder.<whistle> Sorry...tasteless!
Anyway, there was an Englishman, a Scot and a Welshman, and they were all in a bomber over Dresden.......<yikes>

Joe steinburg - absolutely loved Hogs of War, could play it for hours !!!
I do however like newer games like assassins creed and the classics like
Me and my mates used to play Timesplitters for days on end, esp the virus ha ha

P.s love FIFA 12 ;)

You've played New Vegas? What's that like? I have an interest in the whole post-apocalyptic scenario which Fallout 3 demonstrates quite well, but as far as I'm aware, Nevada wasn't hit that badly, and it's interesting in a harrowing way, exploring the ruins of Washington DC and thinking how close that came to becoming reality during the Cold War. Admittedly, it is quite depressing and it would be nice to see some sign of civilization coping, if not thriving. But I conversely as already mentioned, I do find the whole post-apocalyptic scenario interesting, and I feel that aspect of it is limited in New Vegas. Is it?

I'd be inclined to keep your money. The game is riddled with irritating bugs which haven't been patched. Borderlands on the other hand is magnificent, as are the Mass Effect games but then I have always preferred action to RPG.

Oh and Hogs of War was hysterical!

Those who say fifa is bad and tedious are absolutely right, however, ultimate team is a different kettle of fish, ultimate team is fantastic. Battlefield 3 rips cod to shreds, the series just became a bit sell out. But battlefield is also great.

But I don't think anything of current can match the old ones for the most fun: it's gotta be ssx on tour but most importantly gta San Andreas, in my opinion, the best game ever, wished my ps2 still worked.

Someone mentioned MGS4, but as we are talking classics, i've got to mention the first one. My favourite game of all time.

Switching to controller port 2 so psycho mantis couldn't read your mind. Absolute genius!

Zelda is up there as well, I genuinely still have the ocarina songs in my head whenever I think about that bloody game.

Dunno if anyone ever played Jurassic Park on the sega megadrive as well? SO HARD

I actually had this one :)

Command and Conquer
Tekken
Sensible Soccer
Emlyn Hughes Soccer
FIFA series
Red Dead
Gta 4
Skyrim
Fallout
New Vegas
There are loads and really depends on what you like, timesplitters is good but too short and easy , also Uncharted pisses all over it .

Depends what console you get it on really, Xbox being the worst and PC being the best. I have it on PS3 and dd get annoyed by bugs from time to time, but not so often that I couldn't enjoy it.

Currently my time has been occupied with Battle for Wesnoth (www.wesnoth.org) and Gemcraft Labyrinth (http://www.kongregate.com/games/gameinabottle/gemcraft-labyrinth), both of which are FREE. Civilisation IV is a very good strategy game that you can probably pick up for a tenner or less. However, once you've downloaded the Fall From Heaven 2 (www.civfanatics.com/ffh) mod you'll never go back to the original.

As for classics, Final Fantasy VII, GTA: San Andreas and most Zelda games are my recomendations.

I never had to face a death claw in that game, everytime they ran at me they shot into the air. <laugh>

Can't wait forhe new GTA, which is out this year. You can join gangs and take over turf etc online, so I have heard.

The hell? I never witnessed that bug, though I remember on Fallout 3 you could send bears flying if you shot them in the face with a combat shotgun. Always made me laugh.

Was weird one min the death claw was right near me, the next shooting into the air at about 100 mph never to be seen again. The bug that made me laugh was when sometimes you killed a person/creature their body would twist about and their limbs twist around them. <laugh>
