Ha, not sure about that! It wasn't due to be covered - but it will be now. I'm going to go down to meet him and get some photos taken, and then get some words from him (if he's still able to talk after all that travelling). Looking forward to that.

Will try and get it pushed on social media too.

I am hoping that there are a lot of people who are going to donate when he has completed the challenge. So many well known (probably wealthy) people have been sending messages I hope they have donated in line with their wealth. I kind of wish they didn't say donate £5 because some people may donate that when they would have donated more if it was left to them to decide.
 
Just looked on the map i see he's running/cycling right past my front door in Arundel, i guess this will be sometime saturday or maybe Sunday morning?

If 150,000 people donate £5 that's all Franny requires to make his £1,000,000 total. Just as easy, 75,000 people could donate a tenner. Really doesn't seem too big an ask, does it.? I don't want to see him having to do this again in a couple of years time.

Not sure how I've missed this thread until now...

Fantastic stuff from Franny again, will be adding my bit shortly.

Unbelievable to better his last effort and should (again) be getting much more coverage than he is.

You just know if it was Shearer or one of the ex players from a big club it would be getting daily updates on SSN!!

Keep it up Franny <applause>

Oh and to answer TSS request I'll post it on the PL board and maybe another one or 2 tomorrow morning <ok>

Franny is doing kgs in the style he played football; nothing is going to stop him. Sadly I just can't afford to donate the same amount I did last time, when someone I know was one of his helpers and they got him to ring me up - I was like a giddy child.
