I often wondered what that meant on the internet, but I couldn't be arsed finding out somehow. One thing I wondered was if it was just a way to bump something.


Another thing - I assume when people just fully quote someone else without saying anything new they are just agreeing with it or are trying to get discussion on track.

Why do some people post a reply in the middle of a quote they're responding to?

As funny as some of the replies are and I have laughed out loud at some of them, my question remains unanswered. It is actually quite important. ( I am opening another round of silliness I know but I hope one of you Allam loving misfits can answer truthfully)
