I don't agree with the death penalty in any way but stories like that really make me question my beliefs sometimes.
Pretty much. If he died I'd hardly be mourning, but it's not the place of the state to be putting people down. This isn't the kind of crime that would carry a death sentence anyway.
So I won a free pair of 'unique' shoes online, the only catch being I wouldn't know what they were like until they came.
I bought a pair from the same company three weeks ago, but only because the ones I really liked weren't available.
Anyway, long story short, the mystery shoes arrived today, and they're the ones I really liked, albeit with a minor difference.

Did start to wonder at one stage if people were pre-selected as winners, say, people smaller firms knew or whatever.
