Nope, soap crap or period drama ****e. The gf watches Xfactor but I can't stand the cheese and ceapness of it. Hardly watch any tv tbh not even the news.

Same here really. I'm very patchy in my viewing habits. It used to be that the only thing I was consistent about turning the TV on for was MotoGP. Now I don't even do that. I just make sure the HDD/DVD Recorder has got it sorted and I watch it on the Net. When my TV finally goes pop, I honestly don't think I'll replace it. I'll just get a big computer monitor screen or a TV with a computer input, whichever is cheaper or better.

I'm just about to turn it on to play Pro-Evo though. :)

I spent the whole summer watching gameshows so most of the stuff I watch is Breaking Bad [Bones], football, Daily Politics, Question Time and gameshows. Interesting mix!

Won't be too long before we get it all by internet anyway. Then our old telly's will be about as useful as one of those old cathode ray tubes.

Cheer up. It's Doctor ****ing Who soon, and then Game of Thrones comes back.

Doctor Who was crap enough last year that I'm not too excited for it. Except for Malcolm Tucker and perving on Clara. Game of Thrones needs to hurry up.

Nice profile overhaul, by the way.

At least if you like Breaking Bad, GOT etc, you get to see lots of episodes. How long have I been waiting for Sherlock? And there will be all of three episodes.

There are only 10 GoT episodes a year. They're all too short as well :(

Interestingly, Clara is shacked up with Robb Stark.

My old Phillips 28" Widescreen TV is a CRT. It's just bloody reliable. Then again, as it's hardly ever switched on it's going to last longer. :)

I have absolutely no decent reason to replace it. I even have a media computer connected to it, so I can pop iPlayer through if I want. Just can't be bothered to sit in front of something that first and foremost is a passive medium. As far as I'm concerned, TV has pretty much had its day.

BTW, I beat Charlton Athletic 4-2. Bit annoyed they scored though.

Just wait:) **** is about to kick off.

Sounds good!

Lots of small things have happened and things with a sense of foreboding that something is going to happen, what with the talk of winter coming and the alliance between the horse people and the other dudes, not to mention those things from beyond the wall in the first episode which haven't been mentioned since.... But nothing major has actually happened yet.
