Just in case it isn't mentioned elsewhere, former Saint legend, David Armstrong speaks on Radio 5 Live tonight from 11.30pm. So if you're here or browsing the web at the time, you can have David Armstrong going on in the background.

Ooh I'm excited now. It's my birthday on Thursday and I have a present on the kitchen table from my sister which is obviously a book .... I wonder?
Mmm I clicked the link and the lead header says "Autobiography" and the book itself says "biography".
So it does. Didn't notice it at all. Too busy trying to get it noticed here. The author is said to be Pat Symes. Maybe it is ghost written.

Is It wrong that I take a second look at the screen when my daughter is watching a program with the person who was once Hannah Montana in it?
I'm still baffled that someone whose primary audience is kids and pre-teens can put references to cocaine and MDMA in her songs.
