I've heard a rumour some time ago that we may be getting those cameras that fly along on the wires, might this be it?
Not really, far from the only site that provides it, 10 more will also spring up in its place. I'm sure you would be able to access it via proxy anyway.
And with in a less of a second a Proxy site will be set up. They can't win the net is too big.
