Beddy, the point here for me is what two wrongs? Those guys in the Grismby Mosque have not done a wrong to the best of my knowledge.

This form of retaliation is what I feared. These people throwing the petrol bombs don't really care about the dead soldier....they are just looking for an excuse. The vast majority of Muslims are not terrorists...this sort of thing happened when Irish people were targeted for the actions of the IRA. That soldier believed in a Britain where things like this don't happen. His killing drew a shocked response from right thinking Muslims...they showed the correct British response to such a crime, not petrol-throwing yobs.

This is not good Fran at all. Two wrongs do not make a right......Like every one else though we too have our fanatics who do not have the brains they were born with.
For the record...... for the love of me I cannot go along with people that say "you can understand their anger though". It just is not the way to go about trying to equal out justice. It will do no more than make the Muslim radicals up their stupidity and possibly fuel even more violence from both sides.

Only going to get worse due to us having a spineless government. All Cameron is concerned with is going on Holiday for a few days. Then we have Teresa May trying to bring back her "that's spy on everyone on the net" crap and using the Digby killing as the excuse.

So it will only get worse I'm afraid.

The only light at the end of the tunnel is that these things rarely get going in Britain...mock if you like, but I believe in the sensibleness and fairness of the general British population (of all shades and creeds). We have had riots in this country (I remember the Brixton riots) and everyone predicts the end of the world as we know it, but it dies down quickly. Sadly, it only takes a few nutters to bring misery to innocent people. Time for all good people to stand together and say, Not in our country and not in my name.

I did read about the condemnation by the Muslim community...happened very rapidly after the event. There was even a photo of a group of Muslims standing outside a Mosque holding up the English flag. Time we reclaimed that flag and not allowed extremists to use it as a symbol of racism. Time for all good men to stand together.
