Oh they sent feedback. Basically the main criticisms is that a lot of my answers were based on my most recent role, but there were two reasons for that: 1) What I'm currently doing was very relevant to the position 2) Before the interview, they gave me a sheet which is the interviewer's copy (kinda gives hints as to what they're looking for) and it said how recent an answer is, is taken into account. Additionally, it was very much a role in which involved liaising with people and so on, so apparently I emphasised my ability to build good working relationships with my colleagues too much, and didn't spend enough time talking about communicating with colleagues (even though I specifically remember doing so, and not just in relation to my current role) and being reliable (though even if I didn't say I was reliable, and I'm pretty sure my colleagues may have said that as it was due to comments from my colleagues that I was encouraged to apply for the role in the first place).
