And seriously you think one bloke leaving his job, for whatever reason, means the whole youth set up is coming crashing down?
 
More shockingly I can't believe they still only get £80, we got £40 p/w when I was a yts but that was the last 2yrs at boothferry park and first year at KC, so many moons ago! I thought it'd be way more now

I think them responding to you on twitter is a positive, as it shows that they are trying to actively engage to address potential negativity and rumours.

You know it’s bullshit how?

No but it’s a way to **** players off. Ehab sees human beings as objects, disposable objects. Unfortunately in the football world you can’t treat everyone with an iron fist, players, coaches and staff. As you end up like we are.

It’s not Beale leaving I am soley worried about, more that fact you don’t start upsetting your kids, seemingly it’s one of the only ways we can provide half decent players for our side.

I don’t think wage cutting 80 quid a week allowance is very bright when they could potentially earn you a lot of money in the future. It’s also not very bright when the team up the M62 has just got academy 1 status.

Also it doesn’t take much to gain a poor reputation amongst parents and kids. Granted it’s hearsay but I bet my bottom dollar there’s something to it.

They get free accommodation if they require it plus other stuff. If they sign professional terms they get a pretty hefty increase, though it’s still way below what actual first team players earn.

Yer I know, we had players in the squad when I was there that lived with families in Hull that had deals set up with the club to house the youth players etc. We also got more money when pulled up for first team duties. But most of our money was actually earned by doing jobs for the first team players such as boots, sticking bets on etc

Who knows they are on £80 a week ? Who knows anything has been cut ? The poster that suggested this was told by the club to be total rubbish, but you still want to believe its true.
