Liverpool had a better season than southampton, no matter what workaround logic you try to apply "the table doesn't lie"

He has to fill his time with something until Monaco or Young Boys put Man Utd out of the CL, then he can get back to his banner

If you accept your position as a team scrambling with the rest of the pack for Europa league qualification then yes, you had a better season than Southampton. Small victories and all that.

If, however, you take into account where you both finished last season and the fact that Liverpool then bought some of their better players and we bought their left back and then look at where you finished, there's only one answer as to who had the best season, and it isn't Liverpool.

Any halfwit can see that.

We finished with more points, the mainstay of your own defence when having a poor season performance wise but still winning the title, logic you fail to apply here.

The game, you idiot, is to amass points, we got more than Southampton after spending much of the season behind them. Southampton were tipped for the drop after selling half their first team and finishing the window with a negative net spend of £31m, no-one was expecting them to finish in the top 7 you complete dong
