As I said in the other thread on this, I did have a Mr. Clive Time lined up as a replacement for young Larry, but that didn't quite work out. Young Larry can have until Christmas at least.
 
To be fair to Grayson, hes doing the best with the resources he has available, you are going to have the odd wobble,every team does!
Bates should put up, or shut up!

Unfortunately i think its the thin edge of the wedge for Grayson,
Is bates lining someone up to take over?
You never know guys, you might end up with Shagger Sven!<yikes>
 
I think thats unfair to say billyboy...

I can understand where bates is coming from though, in the interview he says we have given away the points rather than the opposition earning them off of us (in most cases anyway). He has got a point with this, its silly individual mistakes (alot from rachubka and alot from O'Dear to name a few) that has cost us. If we cut out the goals that really shouldn't have gone in in the last few weeks, we could easily be second but stupid errors against coventry, cardiff and so on have stopped this.

Does Bates not understand that if he put a bit of money in then we wouldnt resort to Odea and Rachubka and we could have players who wont make them mistakes?

If he offered a bit more on the wage front!!

I think it's more a criticism of the players rather than Grayson if you read between the lines. Silly individual mistakes have cost us matches, how is that Larry's fault?

Larry picks the players, buck stops with him at the end of the day so reading between the lines that you read between are they both useless?

Except by and large they are good players. Were it not for one useless GK we'd be comfortably in the play-offs at least. 9 times out of 10 Larry gets his tactics/team selection spot on, but we have a habit of shooting ourselves in the foot combined with some hideous bad luck at the start of the season.
