Didn't see much of the area to be fair just the Celtic stadium and the arena which both looked pretty good. Would say the studium entrance is one of the most impressive I have seen in the U.K. to be honest. Nothing on par with some of the Stadiums in Germany but above most U.K. Stadiums

I have been up to Glasgow many times and the surrounding area is an utter ****hole.
 
Personally I think Rangers have handled it badly and blown it out of all proportion. He said something on the training ground, he got suspended, he apologised. Should have been finished with, but for some reason they've decided to let it get to this stage. It's silly because they don't have the money to pay him off.
 
Both Parkhead and Ibrox are pretty deprived areas. Ironically Parkhead is a mainly protestant area and Ibrox is a mainly catholic area. As for Rangers being the bigger more bigoted thugs, it's really not that way. It's a difficult situation to understand and is predominantly a west of Scotland problem. There's a lot of bitterness surrounding the whole bigotry thing and it's dominated by one of the sides, but that's all I'm going to say about it.

That's why it's not silly; he's unwanted in the dressing room and this betting disciplinary gives them possible grounds for a instant dismissal on grounds of gross misconduct. Way to go for a skint club, but would it end there ...

Oh you're completely right, I know that's why they're doing it, but they'll **** it up somehow. There's no way Barton will let it lie.

Update... he will return to training with the Academy squad to maintain his fitness and they will look to sell in the January window.. Five Live...
