Completely agree with you Tommy. But you didn't read my past posts on Jakupovic apparently...I made exactly those same points. Those who keep referring to "Howler after Howler" seem to forget that he has performed well for us, and his other top clubs, in far more games than the Wednesday mistakes and yesterdays meaningless Barnsley game. For chrissake are you Jakupovic knockers never going to get ONE game out of your heads. Curtis Davies had a shocker at Southampton, even the best players have off days. To label Jakupovic as a complete incompetent is just ridiculous.

It is daft, the way people talk about him it's like he throws the ball into the net every game. I thought he was great against Spurs, probably his best game for us.

And as you say Tommy they also forget that even McGregor, a fantastic keeper IMO, made some costly errors last year, taking down players in the penalty area for example and poor positioning that allowed Arsenal back into the game with the FK goal in the Cup Final. As for Harper I can't even count the number of times late in the season his poor positioning and lack of agility in getting down to shots that rolled into the far corner that Greegs or Jak would probably have saved. Selective memory at work again. But for some Jak will always be the whipping boy.
