On an iPad the name isn't in the middle, the L goes off the side of the page and there's a load of space after CITY.

It's because the logo is central and 'Leicester' is a bigger word than 'City'

Obviously, but if the text/badge were 10-15% smaller, it would fit all formats and you'd have less chopped off the top an bottom of your badge too.
