I didn't watch the game, but it's clear even from the BBC website coverage that there is no defending that performance.

I have no explanation for how the team could play so poorly.
We have almost no injuries now. We have our January signings. We were up against bang average opposition and we were even away from home, where our form has been better.

And to cap it all off, I don't suppose Lee Bowyer's post-match comments will serve to do anything except add to the frustration of supporters.

What the Hell is wrong with them?

LB isn't making it easy for those like me (who still want to give him time) to make a credible case.
The team has to fight for everything, even if the top 6 looks more and more like a lost cause.
This is not what we were hoping for, three weeks after the transfer window closed.

We didn’t adapt to the conditions. We didn’t get the ball to Millar quickly enough. We didn’t support Stockley well enough. We sat too far back. Fleetwood won most of the second balls.

We were outclassed, and the fact that we nicked a point doesn't hide it. We made Fleetwood look like Man City. It's been a long time since I've seen such sustained mediocrity from a Charlton side. If Fleetwood's finishing had been any good we would have been on the wrong end of a drubbing. Having given up hope of a top two finish, a top 6 finish looks miles away now. Fleetwood kept finding space, we couldn't find any, we lost practically every 50/50. It shows how much we've been relying on Aneke to make things happen up front. We just didn't look like a Charlton team.

We don’t look like a team full stop

Our midfield were atrocious, Smith, anonymous, Watson- cart horse, Pratley - Slower than a snail on Valium, Millar- Anonymous. Upfront Schwartz invisible. Maatsen couldn't handle their right wing back. All in all we are getting worse under Bowyer and Jackson. Something needs to change.
Why are we seemingly going backwards at an alarming rate? Bowyer had a cracking 20 months, but since December 2019 it has gone badly.

The team look devoid of confidence, Bowyer doesn't seem to know his best formation, the constant changes of formation and personnel are not doing us any favours. Bowyer at the post match interview looked like a dead man walking.

Never seen him so downbeat. The performance was timid, anathema to the type of player he was. All his hopes seemed to fall apart as we watched.

I still go (blindly?)trusting a summer overhaul with Bowyer.
Come 15 games it's s***, get rid.

Bowyer wanted to be the next Curbs, and it's all collapsing. He's lost his mojo and I feel for him, but today's performance was like the Wycombe for Les Reed, or Barnsley for pardew.

I realise Bowyer is up against it, for conversation, give me me options other than Cook.
