There are shuttle buses from the station, be there by 2 and you'll be on time for the game.
Yes it goes to Reading. I believe it is the end of the line. Remember to send a copy of your ticket to Reams.
Do not get the Elizabeth line. The cost is the same as GWR, but it takes twice as long. It costs around £28 return.
Catch any GWR mainline service from Paddington - they run fast to Reading and it takes 25 mins max.
The stadium is a £10 taxi ride from the station. It is unwalkable. Book the return cab as well, as it’s a stampede after the game.

I’ve used the Elizabeth line more often than you have fallen over p issed coming out of Spoons
The Reading service stops at a lot of places in Berkshire / Maidenhead. It is slow. Hence the advice to get a GWR from Paddington.
