I was clubbing while you were still in shorts at school YV, top DJ in the mould of Oakenfold/Tiesto etc. I have a colourful past mate but groupieism isn't in there at all. Quite the opposite, I used to, shall we say help overexuberant groupies leave the premises on there own...not every DJ wants the likes of Tray and San on their case! :)

So you were a bouncer then? Come on Notso, you said you had many awesome nights at the hands of a Dutch DJ, you set it up yourself ;)

Now's the chance for AVB to get the chance he didn't get at Chelsea to show us what he can do. I can already feel the tingle ahead of our meeting with them later this month,AVB meeting his old club. For me if he beats Chelsea I'll be his greatest fan. COYAVB.

Great interview.

I've been practising my AVB fist pump over the weekend. There may be a few injuries but i wanna see the whole crowd doing it!

But seriously, that's another game we've taken points without playing particularly well for the entire match. It wasn't up til 90+3 minutes that I genuinely believed that we would hold onto the scoreline.
The first half was an absolute masterclass in football, the second we reverted to Stoke type football, and nearly every clearance went to a Utd defender, and they began attacking again. Saying that, our defence was brilliant, Caulker impressed, which leaves less worrying to do over the injury crisis at LB.

Calmly swatting away the nonsense reporter who quickly had to backpedal and accept that he knew f- all.

PS This is not for debating AVB or whether Lloris should play, just to talk about his awesomeness.

Imagine what he'll do when we win the league <whistle>

I'm more interested in that punch. He doesn't strike me as a strong guy but I'd stick a wager on that knocking a few people out if that connected. <laugh>

I don't think the pre-match hype around that game will help Spurs at all.

If Spurs and AVB just shut up District there should be no problem. I'd tell the team to give no interviews and make no statements to the press etc and I'd say nothing before the match at all. All the hype would go unnoticed by the team and on match day the football does the talking. Now it also all depends on how both teams are performing.

Spot on.

The less AVB has to say about Chelsea the better it will be. Personally I hope you go into the game as favourites. The last 2 years running at WHL you were overwhelming favourites and we performed well and should have won both. You were faves at Wembley as well and we managed to win. Spurs seem to perform better as underdogs, a bit like us really. Not a soul predicted Chelsea would go to Arsenal and win or Spurs go to OT and win but both overcame difficult challenges.

Somewhere down the line, some journo will stick their foot in and **** stir
