Calmly swatting away the nonsense reporter who quickly had to backpedal and accept that he knew f- all.

PS This is not for debating AVB or whether Lloris should play, just to talk about his awesomeness.

Imagine what he'll do when we win the league <whistle>

And this is why the media have always got it in for him....because he won't lube his own arse so that the journos can shaft him.

Stupid people get this confused with attitude...the guy stands up for himself...so long as the Spurs family backs him...he will be fine.

<diva> AVB

Good to see he's ditched the raincoat. Made him look like a wannabe sex offender.

He's not awesome though, you were really **** in the 2nd half, he got his tactics wrong. You do not sit back against united, if they learnt how to finish, and had the penalty shouts go their way, you would have lost.

The 1st half was excellent though, he got it spot on.

I think we tried to counter them...defended well in the second...United do not sit back at OT when they are a goal behind...we had to get men behind the ball and we did...

Sideways passes dont mean much...it may have looked all United but that match ended 52% Spurs 48% United.

When the opposition are simply better and have the momentum, then it doesn't matter what tactics are used, Utd were dominant in the second half and won the midfield battle - if we pushed up then Utd would have scored with ease with the space.

Sometimes you just have to accept the opposition are on top, its impossible to always counter what the opposition are doing, especially when you're facing Man Utd away from home and Scholes is playing like Pirlo, you should know, seeing your team got thumped 8-2 at the same stadium.

01 De Gea
03 Evra
04 Jones
06 Evans Booked
12 Smalling
08 Anderson (Giggs - 68' )
17 Nani (Park Ji-sung - 68' )
18 Young Booked
23 Cleverley
10 Rooney
19 Welbeck (Hernandez - 35' )

Thats the team that scored 8 past the gooners, fairly average team by man utd standards.

And if things had gone there way today, they would have put about 8 past you. 3 penalty appeals turned down, Rooney's free kick, Van Pussy doing a giroud impression etc.

And we lost 8-2 with a really **** side, big deal. We still finished ahead of you.

If..... we're not dealing with if, we're dealing with facts, and today we defeated Man Utd on their own patch, completely dominated the 1st half and should have been more then 2-0 up.

Man utd completely dominated the second half and should have scored more then 2 goals.

So overall, taking about the should & if, the better team won the match, considering we both can claim to have been superior for a full 45 minutes.

So what if they had 3 penalty appeals?

You can appeal all day long...does not mean its a valid appeal...I saw nothing stone wall there...not as though they had a goal chalked off after it was 3 yards behind the line or anything...

We invited them because we chose to have men behind the ball for the obvious pressure that they were going to apply considering they were at home and not exactly ****.

We scored 3 we were not parking no bus at 0-0 hoping for a counter or a draw and on the flip side we didn't behave like headless chickens and end up getting thumped 8-2... There was method in the madness and well played AVB for that.

<ok> This. Credit where it's due please, Kyle.

That clip links to a video by Armin van Buuren. There's more than one AVB, apparently.

Nice to see him put that journalist in his place and that result puts the idiots from The Sun that make some **** up every season for the morning of this fixture right there with their colleague.
**** 'em.

He didn't get his tactics wrong but you miss the point, this isn't a serious article about football, this about his awesomeness. If you want to debate whether he's any good, make your own thread(preferrably on the Arsenal board :p). Meanwhile I'll be celebrating like a Boas...

He's growing in stature isn't he? Oh dear,if he becomes too successful Barca etc beckons. He's done bloody well. I didn't want him I'll admit. Keep quiet son and keep going.

I was clubbing while you were still in shorts at school YV, top DJ in the mould of Oakenfold/Tiesto etc. I have a colourful past mate but groupieism isn't in there at all. Quite the opposite, I used to, shall we say help overexuberant groupies leave the premises on there own...not every DJ wants the likes of Tray and San on their case! :)

Where AVB has the edge over 'Arry is that he is a lot more positive and I think that encouraged the Spurs players yesterday. You can just imagine 'Arry slumped in his seat, with his hang dog expression, shaking his head and mumbling as Utd pulled it back to 2-3 and were on a roll. When you look across and see that your manager is capitulating, it's easy for the players to follow. AVB was a bundle of energy throughout and this transferred to the players.

Harry tended to turn up at OT expecting defeat anyway, which is strange given he got a few wins there with Wet Spam.

Superb handling of the moronic interviewer - AVB continues to impress me more and more

G... if they learnt how to finish, and had the penalty shouts go their way, you would have lost.

If, if, if...

If Arsenal manage to take anything away from OT, I'd be very surprised. Oh, wait...!
