Since the other thread got pulled I shall reiterate.

What are Celtic fans opinions on the fact that on two separate occasions Gordon Strachan was attacked on the pitch by a Celtic fan?

Was it because of pure hatred or maybe it was a religious thing. Don't ask me because I have no idea what religion (if any) he is.

Was it acceptable for Gordon to be attacked on the pitch because the Celtic fans hated him because he was a nuisance to the Celtic team?

There was no hoo-ha about it in the press. Just shrugged off.

I expect the usual replies, ach it was years ago, he had it coming, he was only an Aberdeen player, it was just a laugh, the guys that ran on were pished etc....etc.

And before you say anything Neil Lennon and his family have done nothing to deserve the abuse they have been subjected to and I actually hope that the two guys that have been caught for the bomb are imprisoned. **** 'em I say.

I'll be honest I don not like the public persona of Neil Lennon. I'll gladly list the reasons if you want but it will have nothing to do with religion I'm sorry to say.

I don't know him from Adam privately so I cannot comment.

I'll answer your question sensibly (although to be perfectly honest it doesn't deserve it).

There's no excuse for spectators attacking each other, or the police, players, managers, refs etc etc. It's wrong, regardless of the target or which fans you're talking about.

For some reason I always remembered you as being quite mature and well reasoned yet you mostly seem to be trying to goad reactions these days. Has your wife left you or some ****?

I answered your juvenile and preposterous 'question' about whether attacking Gordon Strachan was ok <doh> without any deflection and I don't care one way or another if you give a **** about anything I post.

That's not going to stop me saying as and when I think you're being a complete cock. Which would be right now. <ok>
