Fasting during Ramadan is only during daylight hours. It may have a minimal affect on the players but it doesn't completely disable them...
Bennayoun didn't boycott games on the Sabbath... Arabia doesn't collapse during Ramadan... and Christians don't get on their knees and beg Jesus for forgiveness every time they foul the opposition.
Religion does not affect players that much... and whereas it may be a curious note what religion a player is... I think a holy war on the forum is not going to achieve much.
