Kingman colt, half brother to the dams of a Breeders Cup winner and an Irish Derby winner for 1,000 anyone?

Ridiculous isn't it. I was particularly looking for fillies but that one did catch my eye

Just imagine putting those 2 together for 1800Gns. Wouldn't get a standing stallion for twice that

Not entirely sure what the new lockdown means for December Sales here in Newmarket. They’re due to get underway on 23rd November with the one day Yearling Sale followed by Foals 25th-28th and Mares 30th Nov-3rd Dec.

All the spring sales got pushed back earlier this year due to lockdown but there is little room for manoeuvre in the sales calendar as Goffs have already pushed their sales into mid-Dec to get around the current Irish lockdown.

There a meeting at Tattersalls today to try and figure out how they’re going to run December Sales. Rumours are that the mares will be sold online (most are in foal so won’t be able to have their sale postponed for risk of foaling on the sale ground) and the yearlings/foals might get pushed back to February.

The winner of the last at Exeter has a nice pedigree. Shows that breeding isn’t everything I suppose.......

Stud fees are starting to be announced. Darley today - Dubawi untouched but pretty much everything else cut, with Night of Thunder the only one to see an increase. Golden Horn cut by 50%.

Slightly surprised by Golden Horn's big cut. If you look at 3yo wins, this season to date. then Golden Horn had 60 wins in Europe. That's 7th in Europe and ahead of a whole stack of sires such as Kingman, Dubawi and Frankel for example. Lope de Vega was top by the way. Golden Horn even had a better 2yo crop than last year but is not a natural sire of 2yos it seems. If you look at the table for 2nd crop sires, on wins Golden Horn tops the list in UK and Ireland. He may be good value now. Night of Thunder's 2nd crop produce has won the most money (£ 686k) but Golden Horn was second (£552k).
I suppose Golden Horn needs a big money winner next year to raise his profile.

Quite chuffed at picking him for the champion first season star in one of your comps Bustino. Very rare for me so I'm hanging on to that one

Very kind offer!!

Slightly random ones, does it have anything about -
Caterina De Medici
or her daughter
Marie De Medicis

Caterina De Medici - no return but covered by Muhaarar

Marie de Medecis - colt by Ruler of the World. Covered by New Bay

That is brilliant thank you. Does it include owners for the mares (latter one in particular)?
