I just typed in "Why would a striker, clean through on goal go down in the box?"

Answer "Because he's a cheatin' Basturt!"

What a day....................Superb

How about because he had overrun it, was going nowhere and is a cheating bastard!!!
Defender was sliding in to BLOCK any shot if it came, wasnt a tackle!!!
Still not seen any evidence of any contact whatsoever - if ref doesnt see contact, cant give a penalty.

Re watched it last night - John Hartson after the game "It was a definate penalty for me, Stokes just delayed his dive" couldnt believe my ears!!! That will be a DIVE then John, as in simulation, as in NOT A PENALTY!!!!!

KTID!!!!!!

I didn't see the game and only just found out (on General Chat, of all places) that Kilmarnock won. Given that the Kilmarnock board seems awfully quiet at the moment - hangovers, I hope - I'll settle for offering my congratulations here. Beautiful stuff. Any victory by any Scottish team over Celtic or Rangers is always particularly welcome round these parts.

Thank you, Kilmarnock, for providing the rest of us with some hope.

(I've no idea about the dive incident, but - without having seen it and without having any intention of seeing it - I'm sure the guy (what guy?) will have dived like a cheating wee bastard. Stands to reason.)

The lack of ceptic fans on the Killie pages tells its own story. They know it would appear to be sour grapes on their part and they would just be responding to their inglorious leaders rantings

The other lot dont do walking away......... he doesnt do the motto of the communities cup Respect, Responsibility,Tolerance!! wee scrote that he is

What I thought told the best story was when we got the trophy onto the Hampden turf, how many ceptic fanns were left in the ground? They certainly do walking away.
Im sure youll all remember the great atmosphere when we won the cup in the debt dome in 97 - part of that atmosphere was due to the Falkirk fans staying long after the cup was presented to applaud their teams efforts and the killie team for winning - no such manners from the ceptic faithfull.

I mean to say. The SCOTTISH Communities League Cup Final marred by an IRISH Flag before kick off? They could have at least made a St Andrews Cross with Green and White. That would have been OK. So much for trying to lose the political undertones associated with Celtic. I live and work in the ROI and believe me, most Irish couldn't give a f**k about Celtic. They are all Man Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool fans FFS.

That and Neil Lennon hardly enbodys the virtues of Respect, Responsibility and Tolerance does he!! (maybe saying that isnt very tolerant of me hmmm???)

How many Septic players stayed and applauded us last week? None.

That showed a total lack of class from them, however why sould we be surprised?

They are a club that lacks any class or integrity from top to bottom IMO.

We have listened to Lawwell spouting on about it being disrespectful of the other 10 clubs meeting separately from them or Rangers, yet it was okay for them to discuss the Atlantic League or the EPL - totally laughable.

Anyway it was our day and our night, and it was brilliant.

Whenever Killie or the likes of St Mirren/Motherwell/Hearts/Dundee Utd win somethiing it goves us all something that neither half of the old firm will, ever experience as we come together as a community in these times.

IMO the SFL should have told them they were not allowed to do that - it should have been their club colours, nothing else.

Lawwell's a phucking runt!!!!!

Anyone hear bout how the 'uns are meant to be trying get some extra money today? Selling the Union Flag £2.

On bbc sport live reporting "Since I came in here today I have seen the sum total of one Saltire." Journalist Tom English on BBC Radio Scotland:

I must admit I never noticed this,(as I was jumping about like a dafty), but if it's true, I would ask why more has not been made of it in the press. In my many years of watching football from all over the world I have never seen or heard of beaten finalists not congratulating the winning team by clapping them up to receive the cup. Is there any proof this happened? Is the rangers result instant Karma? Can we get delayed Karma for a week on Saturday?

Apparently not <laugh>

Why the **** would you care whether Celtic fans or players stuck around to applaud you after winning a cup? Isn't the act of actually winning a cup reward enough? As for questioning the lack of press attention...<laugh><doh>
