I hope Poche and the team have got a bit more sporting endeavour about them than this bunch of ungrateful, miserable sods.
We are not qualifying for europe
Can't really blame people for feeling otherwise after that cup exit. They have to earn our enthusiasm back.
Can we please stop saying we have nothing to play for? I'm getting really tired of it. We are six points off a top six finish, with potential qualification for Europe, something I have only ever really dreamed of until this season. All three of the teams above us are still to come to St Mary's. I'm not saying we're going to finish sixth, but to suggest that it's not worth playing for?
Shame on all of you.

Rant over.
"ungrateful"
Not sure how that word is relevant in regard to paying to support a professional sporting team.
No they don't, that's nonsense. They deserve our enthusiasm for every game after their efforts this season.
How do you know? Have you seen the future?
I'm not saying we definitely will, but I didn't think we would at the start of the season either ... should I have not bothered with this season then? In fact, I would say we are closer to it now than I thought we were when we kicked off against WBA back in August.
Still being in the FA Cup wouldn't mean we were going to win that either ... but according to some on here we would still have "something left to play for".
Besides, what about the possibility of our highest ever finish in the PL? A chance to get one over Tottenham at WHL? To be the only team other than Chelsea to beat City at the Etihad? A final game against Man Utd, possible resulting in us finishing above them? A chance to see more of our famed youth in the first team?
We're playing Liverpool at home tomorrow everyone ...
It will be summer soon, no proper football for ages. I for one am loving this season and I am going to enjoy every minute of it to the very end.
Sorry, it appears that the Rant isn't over after all ...
Sorry, but if you put in effort for two thirds of the season and then stop (not that I'm saying they have, before you start), you don't deserve anything.
And it's not nonsense, I am feeling less enthusiastic than I was and I'm sure I'm not alone. If they start putting in good performances again, that will come back. It's not a choice, it's human nature.
100% agree. I still feel flat because we had a bloody good shot at winning the cup and we blew it. If we beat Liverpool though, my enthusiasm will definitely come back.
Assuming there will be a minutes silence before kick off on Saturday?

You'll definitely get top 4, 5th-7th aren't that great (8th is though). You should be looking up rather than down and have a late title surge!
