Though it's generally written as harakiri, it's actually just an English spelling of a Japanese word, so there is no formal correct spelling.

It's like Gedo/Geddo, or Elmohamady/Al-Muhammadi, which are just English spellings of Arabic words.

it's not though... it's hara-kiri in french also and in german (and most likely many other languages that I do not speak).

harikiri does not exist.

I meant at least two, to take him to double figures. It'd be a bit specific to state exactly two <laugh>
