The cutlery wasn't being used by immigrants, but by young kids attending school who don't know what it is or how to use it
Problem is [ discussions with mates who taught at / were assistant heads etc ] when the law changed [ punishment childrens rights ] after a yearish kids became less manageable! gone were the time of a clip around the ear " I will tell your father" or a smack! .. it was you cant touch me I will report you ... and quite a few did [ parents that is ] Ive seen it with my second group of school age grand kids ... after about 2nd 3rd year at primary they became more unruly [ egged on by "friends" [usually older, who encouraged them to "rebel" against parents wish's ...... they got what they wanted a new toy new clothes takeaways etc .... so later as parents this is / was the norm to teach their kids .. what they got away with, evolutionary habit changing ! so system gets weaker ... How long before people do not want to work... just take a .gov pill for sustinence and wander around in synthetic clothes that are readily "revamped"
I think as a spin off of comments on here we as a human race are in trouble .... this lax parenting is leading to many evils ...... The .gov should invest in 2 or 3 massive super prison complex's to hold maybe a total of 6000 inmates make everything from non flammable material metal or concrete. Facilities should be minimal. TV should be communal and programmes restricted to sport or documentaries that are educational allowed a max 4 hours a day. exercise 1 hour am 1 hour pm have their meals, 3 meals in 9 sittings 3 breakfast 3 lunch, 3 [ eve ] dinner. Each in mate gets a stainless steel plate dish mug Knife fork and spoon issued on entry to meal hall and needs it to be signed out when leaving. ......... no internet no phones .... etc etc
Problem is, bad parenting has always been there leaving it to schools to educate in all departments.. with the closure due to covid, made even worse.. The ridiculous measures taken for the so say pandemic will be with us for a very long time.. Health, education, financially, economically and physiologically disastrous..Media driven.. mass fooled
Woah woah WOAH ! That sounds like a prison ought to be like to ensure people who go there don't ever wish to go back again once they've served their time. Unfortunately we live in a cossetted society where even the criminals are treated like royals and where liberals, do-gooders and every charity known to man (and some that aren't) would be up in arms about such treatment of people even if they're crims.
you hear so very often about Crims stating it is worth the risk for a sentence that is never near the one given!!!.. a not very good example a person [ known to me ] hit a pedestrian off his bike driving to fast overtaking a car .. cyclist was squashed between his car and a bank, in coma in a hospital 2 months now a cripple with lower arm amputated. Phoned a mate to collect him as he had driven to a lane set fire to his car and from home phoned police his car had been nicked. Well a couple witnesses and a cctv id'd him as the driver ... got 48 month's prison ... was out in 14 months to a "detention centre place " and served another 5 month's there before being released on licence / probation ... victim is now unable to walk [ properly ] and has a problem mentally when outdoors .............
KNOWING IS not owning! no friend or mate of mine, he has been robbing social for 30 + years but works on the side .. at one time his cash in hand was bragged at £ 400 a week in 1990's ... his beemer burned out .. self inflicted! no insurance claim allowed so paid cash for another under wraps till out of clink .....
