How did they 'got' a baby...is that the same way a lot of young teenage hetrosexual mums got an 'unwanted' pregnancy, where they have to decide if they want to keep the baby?

Same sex females HAVE a baby the same way, it involves sperm.

I think social media is massively impacting and influencing the youth. Everything is done to the extreme and it's so hugely influential nowadays.

Social media doesn't promote being normal and therefore kids are growing up with crazy ideologies.

There are different ends of the spectrum, from those promoting a somewhat weak mentality where acting a victim is encouraged and somewhat popular, people make a mockery of pretending to suffer from mental health issues just to gain followers and likes when in reality there's nothing wrong with them. You have groups spouting this gender neutral bollocks which ****s with kids' heads as they're now confused as to how they should act in fear of looking sexist.
Then there's the other end where people are promoting violence, such as filming others being beaten up, harshly pranked, embarassed etc.

It's becoming harder and harder for a kid to just grow up as a normal human being because social media doesn't favour normality.

Pretty much spot on that.

Its like on here, most off threads turn into a slanging match. Then you get a thread like this, where it is proof that we are all just pretty much normal, its an easy enjoyable read, and great to see the difference in opinions and views.

A Parent ( In this case a man ) .

Is saying to the chid , a Man has sex with a Woman , that is where Babies come from .

Then the Child's other parent walks in , Another man , how the heck does that work FOR THE LONG TERM GOOD OF THE CHILD !

Crime is no different now to what it was decades ago. It just gets reported now via the introduction of social media.

If we are even suggesting that crime is worse now, then it defeats the whole object of a 24 hour surveillance nation, the most surveillanced in the world.

Yeah we can rightly argue less coppers on the beat and imported crime, but you had as much risk of being knifed in my younger day as you do today. Maybe it's because im older that i don't see the risks as much has a younger person might.

True, but as I said earlier, for every kid who is a victim of violence, thousands aren't. The solution is usually to stay out of gangs.

Sounds like a minor issue in the context of raising a kid for twenty years.

Good point about social media mate, but if it's too much for a kid then just come off it.

There's an app now, where you can follow your kids movement, and get notification off where and when they've been somewhere..

Again when I worked in community safety I came across a situation where people were not using a local park. The reason was "all the alchies and crackheads"

Yet they were only there because no one was using it, they just wanting a quiet spot to shoot up or drink.

The answer was for more people to use it, take your dog, kids whatever and the problem would shift itself. But fear meant no one did so round we went
