Sadly I don't think Arby looks ready tbh. and the bad news on Willis is a real blow, makes loosing Flanners without cover even worse. We have no luck with injuries.
We nursed him through injury, and now he has recovered we ignore him. WHY
So if it's the case that we have no defenders and the ones we do have are on their arses why haven't we dipped into the free transfers???

quite a free scoring team are wigan and i think we have noted how they have a habit of scoring late goals, the lads kept them at bay and i only remember one 'real' chance, a one v one that hume was covering and patterson saved.

I know a lad thats Kosovan, and is now fully Red and White because Arby plays for us.
Could be a big deal for us if he's going to come into the team and do well, a class CB is a big piece of the puzzle.
Not counting my chickens by any means but it'd be a great positive story for us (to make a change) if he could come into the side after a massively long absence and help us get promoted.
It's easy to believe he has got quality if he can put an eye catching performance in after not playing for ages and being as rusty as it's possible for a player to be.

Nice touch at the end mentioning Wyke! First interview I have seen of him, if he can continue to do aswell as everyone has said today (missed the match with family things going on) then he will be one of those players people take to easily!
Just watched the video with team clapping fans. A little lad in the crowd has his new favourite player after being given Arbys shirt. He is ecstatic jumping up and down, another nice touch!
