The results
Have to say i think this returning results to sp is begining to give a false impression of the system so from tomorrow i'm returning to advised early prices. A good few of my selections have been hammered into odds i wouldnt back unless i could get on early at better prices. To have a good winner today and show a loss is non sensical and doesnt reflect reality.

I think it's reasonable to use the prices you could have taken Ardent. I am testing my multiple bet and am taking the prices that i get when i place the bet. As i tend to use either Victor Chandler or Hills it will usually be those prices quoted on the posting. I am not getting silly and stating the best available price for the test post if i have not taken it as it's actually with someone like bet365, whom i dont actually hold an account with, however if i have taken it with the bookmaker then i am quoting it on the post.
It's never going to be an accurate assessment if you use SP as no one backs Sp nowadays due to so many bookmakers offering best odds guaranteed. The tests must reflect the opportunities reasonably available to be accurate. Using SP is the opposite of what all the tipping sites used to do where by they would adjust their tally according to an early price that the bookies held for 5 minutes in the morning and was not available to most punters, where as they were embellishing their stats you are sabotaging yours by using SP. I would maybe suggest stating for your system the price readily available at the time you post and if it is with a BOG bookmaker then that applies.
These testing posts i find quite interesting as eventually they may throw something up. We have some great tipsters on the site and with so many keen and knowledgable punters grouped together it's the ideal place to test a few theories.
