Apologies if this is already out there (MUST BE) but WTF?

We can't fill it and it's unrealistically big for a club of our stature. 42k would be far better.

 

I agree that a smaller capacity would be more realistic in our current circumstances but I don't think that it's unrealistic to expect a club with the history and supporter base of SAFC to fill the stadium. With a couple of seasons of sustained success (by which I mean top half of the Prem and maybe a decent cup run) I imagine the place would be packed. But that requires someone who knows what they're doing running the club.

 

The SOL was a weapon for us at 42k.

Right now it’s a lead weight at 48k.
