I still own a few of these.....thy misses face was a picture when these got posted and I got excited about them. ... I'm a **** for old gaming gear..... And I must say they seemed more realistic when they first got released back in the day when I was a wee turnip.
You ever have some of these bro ? I had this one Parachute and my bro had a different one, can't remember what it was. Remember spending hours on this lost in my own world of trying to save those little men from getting munched. please log in to view this image
Swear down my mum tookme to school as the fukin tin man like that for some school event **** covered in foil. I was the only one tho. Looked like foil covered cardboard G
did you used to put pretend money into a pretend slot on the side so you get the full going to the arcades affect? I did
Weirdly things from the past in my memories are things I need in my life these days..... Not for playing really but for reminiscing.... Had a pack of top trumps horror cards for Christmas not been opened or played but a good place to put my resin balls
Kin right I did bro. Used to turn the lights out and draw the curtains and everything to try and simulate the arcade experience.
as a kid you point and laf at that kid but as an adult that kid is the one who gets my vote for giving zero ****s
Sure did loved em...... The watches started having a game built in which were similar but not as good..... The only Christmas present I remember having off my one gran was a star wars watch..... Thought I was the bees knees walking around my council estate.
Lol. Just the imagination of a kid. I used to do all sorts of **** like that to try and recreate the real experience. Remember at me Nan and Granddads, they had one of those old high flush bogs with the long chain and ball on the end. I used to pretend I was driving the Mack truck out of Convoy when I was on the ****ter and the chain was the Horn on the truck
Yeah the watches were cool, but the screen and buttons were too small tbh. I had a calculator watch, same problem really, the little rubber buttons were too small and close together to be able to use it properly. They got banned at my school, coz teach thought kids would cheat in maths
I used to have the old rubber keyboard one. Some bangin' memories of playing those old Spectrum games.
I’d never eaten in a restaurant so whenever it was eid or sumt and my mum cooked some specials I used to pretend she’s serving me at a restaurant and I’m out with the family. true story...bare sick
I don’t recall the gaming but I remember typing in stuff like C:Load <run> then going downstairs for about 10 minutes till it loaded
