Another of my favourite inconsistencies... Rose clearly fouls Willian, they push each other, both get a yellow. If this was fair, Rose would be sent off for the yellow inducing foul and the same action as Willian. This shot happens all the time too.

Any player who rolls around in agony on the floor should be removed from the field of play immediately and the game continues. The replacement may be permitted to come in at the next break of play subject to the referee's decision or the same player may return after a medical examination by an independent medical officer. That should soon stop it.
