I’m not a runner. Walking is difficult enough at present while I wait for double knee replacements, but that is an epic time !In awe of Sabastian Sawe running the London Marathon in 1:59:30! And two people have done it in the same marathon today.
In honour I am going to do a twenty minute mile to the chip shop later!!

I ran in a club, but not for the club as part of a team. I could not even run close to one mile the pace this man, and men achieved.I’m not a runner. Walking is difficult enough at present while I wait for double knee replacements, but that is an epic time !

problems with one knee as much pain healing prolonged healing [ stated as likely to be 3 month's] of the better knee over a year to be fine [ 90% ]
one other friend had both done first took 3 month's to get right /normal 7 months after first, second was done... took about 3/4 month's to be normal
