Looks like this deal has stalled because of De Bruyne hearing of Dortmunds interest, mostly due to Gotze transfer

What we do next is important

I would give Leverkusen the extra 2m loan fee they were going to pay and use De Bruyne as a bargaining tool for one of Lewandowski, Hummels or Gundogan(positions we need to strengthen

Doing this we get Schurrle and a key problem fixed

De Bruyne is a real talent we really should be keeping hold of.
 
I'd definitely keep De Bruyne, if we're going to do anything then loan him to them. I'd love us to buy Lovren (as mentioned by DL) as a cheaper alternative to Hummels and Lewandowski would be my number one choice as striker. Schurrle looks the real deal though, he'd balance that attack right out.
 
Are we to believe Lukaku will spend another season on loan

If so then a team like this could be great

Ramires/Mikel - Oscar

Schurrle - Mata - Hazard

Lewandowski

Outlay of about 50m

I would be happy with that but plenty of reports are claiming we are close to Falcao deal
