Last few days have seen the lowest daytime and the lowest night time temperatures in mainland Britain for well over a decade.
Funny we don't see that splashed all over MSM?
Man-made global warming my arse. Biggest con since, err, the previous biggest con.
(pollution, over consumption, consumerism, resource depletion, deforestation, over-population, etc are real issues though)

Global warming isn't true because it's cold at the moment?

    Seriously?

Exactly, all the causes of man-made climate change.

-> Global warming isn't true because it's cold at the moment?

    I wrote 'man made'.

Some scientists write that we are actually moving toward the next ice age (not in our lifetime like, even though it feels a bit like that).

-> Exactly, all the causes of man-made climate change.
    Nope.
And again, I wrote 'global warming'.

What caused the climate to change before the emergence of people? Can’t say man or mankind now.

We were told in the 1960s we were heading into an ice age.

No they don't, at least not for at least another 50,000 years and we'll probably have wiped ourselves out by then.

Yes they do! As you have just written! It's not something that happens overnight, it's a very slow progression, and that's where the planet's climate is heading. 50,000 years is but a blink of an eye.

The amount of anthropogenic greenhouse gases emitted into Earth's oceans and atmosphere is predicted to prevent the next glacial period for the next 500,000 years, which otherwise would begin in around 50,000 years.

None of which changes the fact that you don't seem to know the difference between climate and weather, a bit like this fella...

    I do. It's not difficult.
OP was actually simply pointing out that when we get high temperatures MSM have sensationalist headlines splashed all over. Then we get records lows this decade and hardly a whisper.... as it doesn't fit the agenda.
(Continuing the tangent, there's plenty of studies / scientists that debunk man-made global warming. As usual only TWT. Come back to me in future decades and let's see.)

I remember Fireball XL5, but don't know what that has to do with alcoholics.
