A Nigerian scammer.

 

My best friend Mrs S Qadaffi sends me her most gracious greetings at least three times a day.
Emma is desperate to help me increase my web traffic.

Actually, I over the weekend I worked out that it is my business Facebook account that is generating this traffic. I thought it was my business website

 

I got this last week, thought it was quite original!

I received an email from an unknown person trying to claim your fund telling me you are dead.


Honestly at this point of view,i am getting convinced about this issue because i have sent you several emails but no response and no call response,so i have begging to believe you are truly dead..


but i am doing this by the instruction given to me by my Boss for the last time that if i didn't hear from you at this time,i should go ahead to award the detachment Document to the new beneficiary after he had provided all the information's needed to effect the transaction my dear friend.


But if you have anything as a proof (Scan Copy of your International Passport or Driver's License) that you are still alive and able-bodied,capable of completing the abandoned transaction,do not hesitate to do so as soon as possible because he his trying to pay for the ($350USD),Been the Lawyer fees for signing every document regarding your check, but immediately i discovered that i called the Board of Authority to stop every transaction with the so called imposters.


I bet you immediately you are very capable of completing this transaction,i shall hand him over to the police and he will be punished for all his misdeeds.

I had a relatively convincing phone call from a scammer purporting to offer an extension to my Amazon Prime account last week. Definitely not from Nigeria.

Beware people.

 

I had one of those and was about to hand over my details, then I remembered that I don't have an Amazon Prime account.

 

I wonder if somebody writes this stuff in their native language then puts it through google translate or something? I can't believe that somebody with the nouse to fire out the emails can't get it proof-read first. Or is there some sort of automated process churning it out blind?

 

My responses back to Nigeria I get proof read!

The terrible truth is, there must be people who fall for this ****, otherwise the scammers wouldn't bother.
