I'm saying that no child in any school in the UK has ever been allowed to act like an animal at school, the stories of feeding bowls and litter trays were all absolute nonsense and the Scottish Government has no policy on people being wolves, they have a general policy of helping children 'overcome inequalities'.

Who said the Scottish government had a policy on wolves? You are making stuff up and misquoting people. Is identifying as a wolf and not being accepted as one an inequality? It states he is being supported by teachers. I would have thought teachers would rather spend their time on other things - like teaching.
