I think Connexin and MS3 are both putting up their own poles, the whole thing is a bit of a farce, considering KCOM already have fibre all over that could be used instead (if they made it easier for other companies to use, as happens with BT everywhere else).

As I understand it, it's not about Kcom making it difficult, it's related to how the funding was supplied and how the installation needs to be delivered as a consequence.

I've deleted all comments relating to the shooting in Belgium, as some posters are clearly incapable of following board rules.

The shootings have their own thread, though if people want to post political or religious comments on it, that won't last long either.

Ta.

Genuine questions.
Where do I find the said 'board rules', and who determines them?
And please just don't respond with 'no politics, no religion'.
Ta

The board decided the rules, there's little to them other than no politics and no religion rule (though really abusive and racist stuff will also be deleted) and we just administer it as best we can.

It's not a science, we just remove things when they're heading in the wrong direction, we don't always get it right, but personally, I think we get it right far more often than we get it wrong.

One issue we're never going to be able to resolve, is that once we've deleted things, people obviously can't see them, so don't know which post caused all the previous ones to go. Unavoidable, unfortunately, unless we don't ever delete anything.
